TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

"I Hate My 30s," 7:30 p.m., VH1. Vivica is obsessed with being a rock star, despite the fact that she's a bad singer and a worse songwriter. Now she enters a contest and her colleagues agree to be her back-up band. Meanwhile, two others are accidentally locked in a closet. It's another fun episode of what has been one of the best summer surprises.

"Color Correction" debut, 9:30 p.m., HGTV. Constance Ramos was an appealing presence as a designer on "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition." Now she's likable here as the central figure, with the emphasis on color choice.

"Bounty Girls" debut, 6, 7, 10, 11 p.m., Court TV. In sunny Miami settings, women track fugitives. Jenny Garcia keeps a close eye on her employees — and on her 20-year-old daughter, who has a string of traffic tickets. In the so-so opener, we see lots of arguments, plus a couple of solid captures.

OF NOTE

Football, 2 p.m., Fox. A new football year starts, with Dallas at Indianapolis for a pre-season game. Joe Buck and Troy Aikman are the prime Fox announcers.

"Ugly Betty," 7 p.m., ABC. Betty needs a date for Charlie's party, so she brings her orthodontist. Meanwhile, Wilhelmina has a new way of splitting Daniel from his family.

"My Name is Earl," 7 p.m., NBC. Christian Slater guests, in a fairly good episode. He says the only way Earl can make amends is to spend a week on his eco-friendly farm.

"30 Rock," 7:30 p.m., NBC. Romantic troubles grow on Valentine's Day: The staff has to pull an all-nighter; also, Jack's divorce is final, so he wants a guys' night with Tracy.

"The Office," 8 p.m., NBC. At a party in a corporate boss's house, Michael and Jan finally confirm their relationship.

"Grey's Anatomy," 8 p.m., ABC. George meets his new father-in-law (Hector Elizondo) during an inopportune moment. Also, the chief of surgery interviews begin.

"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," 8 p.m., CBS. A basketball star and his cheerleader girlfriend disappear shortly after a big game.

"ER," 9 p.m., NBC. On her birthday, Sam misses Alex. Also, she deals with a photographer who is following a dying patient.
