The Kilauea Point National Wildlife Refuge proposes to increase its visitor entrance fees from $3 to $5 per person per day, or from $12 to $20 for a kama'aina annual pass.

The refuge also proposes a $20 fee for ranger-guided hikes through the Crater Hill area of the refuge.
