Identity theft, forgery charges

Prosecutors yesterday charged a 45-year-old Kailua woman arrested in a raid Tuesday in Kane'ohe with multiple offenses related to identity theft.

Sarah Naomi Lindsey, also known as Sarah Naomi Vierra, was charged with 10 counts each of second-degree forgery and third-degree identity theft in addition to unauthorized possession of confidential information, second-degree identity theft, third-degree theft, detention of stolen property and third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug.

Lindsey is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail pending her initial appearance today at District Court. She has 14 prior criminal convictions.
