Applications for the fee-simple town homes at Nohona at Kapolei are due by 3 p.m. Friday.

The drawing will be Sept. 29. Prices for the 118 two- and three-bedroom condominium units start in the low $300,000s.

The Castle & Cooke Hawai'i Homes project features units with living areas ranging from 920 to 1,184 square feet.
