City lifeguards — including those in Waikiki — will be featured in the fourth season of Court TV's "Beach Patrol," which airs tonight.

The network filmed nine episodes in the Islands this year. Crews documented lifeguards doing everything from responding to medical calls to dealing with the monthly influx of box jellyfish.

Honolulu is the third city to be featured in this reality TV program. In exchange, the city will receive, as a donation, some much-needed equipment for its Ocean Safety Division.

"Beach Patrol" has also filmed in San Diego and Miami Beach.
