The Kaua'i Public Land Trust and Kaua'i Board of Realtors will host a seminar on conservation easements and tax incentives at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Kaua'i Marriott Resort.

The day-long session will include discussions of donating conservation easements while retaining ownership of land, and gaining tax benefits in the process. Speakers will include legal and appraisal authorities from Hawai'i and San Francisco.

There is a fee for the workshop, which includes breakfast, lunch and conference materials.
