Hip-hop stars E-40 and Doey Rock headline a concert tonight at the Blaisdell Arena. Local guest artists are HI Tribe, with Mr. Mo Money and Gulley.

Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show begins at 8. Get there early, though: The first 3,000 through the door will be allowed in the stage area, standing-room only. All others will be seated. The concert is for those 18 and older; and ages 14 to 17 if accompanied by adults.
