During May — Military Appreciation Month — the Battleship Missouri Memorial is offering a half-price discount to active-duty, reserve and retired U.S. military personnel who purchase tours through military Morale, Welfare and Recreation outlets. Military personnel dressed in uniform receive complimentary admission year-round at the memorial's gate. The Mighty Mo is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. CONCERT OFFERS TICKET IN THE SPIRIT OF '69

New $69 general admission tickets are on sale for the May 19 Diamond Head Crater Celebration, with Earth Wind & Fire, Mick Fleetwood's Island Rumours Band, Greg Rolie and Yvonne Elliman, at a price reflecting the crater celebration's 1969 roots. Promoters are also offering an upgrade to reserved seats for those who have already bought $99 general admission tickets. Reserved seats are now on sale for $99, $135, $150 and $175, through Ticketmaster and at the Blaisdell Center box office, by phone at (877) 750-4400 and at www.ticketmaster.com, through May 12.
