Part-time Hawai'i residents Kelly Preston and John Travolta will host a private benefit dinner at Stage Restaurant in the Honolulu Design Center on Thursday. Proceeds from the $2,500-a-seat dinner will benefit Narconon Hawai'i's establishment of its first residential drug rehabilitation center. Narconon is a nonprofit drug rehabilitation and education network with more than 185 centers around the world. The program's roots are affiliated with the Church of Scientology, whose founder L.
