The Pacific American Foundation is offering two workshops in Windward O'ahu this summer to help teachers use standards-based educational material that focuses on Hawaiian culture and the local environment.

The workshops will include teacher guides, field trips, lesson plans and other resource material.

The first workshop, for teachers of grades 3 to 8 will be June 14 and 15. The second, for grades 9 and 10, will be July 23. Both are at Windward Community College. The registration fee is $20.
