The second community workshop on the city's Transit Oriented Development Plan takes place from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Waipahu Elementary School cafeteria.
At a September meeting, about 150 Waipahu residents and business people in attendance were invited to suggest what type of development they think should go in and around two proposed transit stops along Farrington Highway.
At this second meeting, the Waipahu community will have an opportunity to weigh in on draft alternative concepts for each station area as created by a city planning team.
