HAWAI'I PREPARATORY ACADEMY

Laurie Ainslie has been named chairman of the board of governors at Hawai'i Preparatory Academy. Ainslie joined the board in November 2003 after serving as the school's chief financial officer for three years. Previously, she was director of finance at Hualalai Development Company and also held management positions at the Bali Golf and Country Club and the Ventana Canyon Golf and Racquet Club.

TERRITORIAL SAVINGS BANK

CLAIRE KOGASAKA has been appointed executive loan officer in the mortgage department at Territorial Savings Bank, responsible for originating residential and income property mortgage loans.

LOCAL MOTION

JOHN WEAVER has been hired as webmaster at Local Motion Inc.

KAPIO'LANI HEALTH FOUNDATION

MICHAEL O'MALLEY has been elected chair and KIMBERLY DEY has been elected to the board of Kapi'olani Health Foundation. The foundation, made up of community volunteers, supports the two nonprofit hospitals, Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children and Kapi'olani Medical Center at Pali Momi.

RENDEZVOUS TOURS

BRANT BROWN has been named business development manager at Rendezvous Tours, a Hawai'i-based wholesale travel company. He will be responsible for sales and business development in Hawai'i and on the Mainland.

CLINICAL LABORATORIES HAWAII

Clinical Laboratories Hawaii has promoted ALLY PARK to chief executive officer. Park succeeds her father, company founder Dr. Moon Park, who will remain as chairman of the board of directors.
