A geology expert will lead a tour of the Kailua ahupua'a and Kawai Nui Marsh tomorrow.

Scott Rowland, an associate professor of geology at the University of Hawai'i-Manoa, will explain the area's geological significance.

The tour runs from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Donations of $5 are recommended.

The tour is sponsored by 'Ahahui Malama I Ka Lokahi, the Kailua Hawaiian Civic Club, the Kawai Nui Heritage Foundation and AMERON.
