Single lanes will be closed on Kailua Road in both directions near the intersections of Ulumanu Drive and Uluoa Street — near the Castle Medical Center — starting tonight.

The lane closures are expected to be in effect from 9 tonight until 5 a.m. tomorrow for crosswalk striping.

Drivers should use caution while driving through the work area and allow for extra travel time.

Roadwork is weather-permitting.
