MERIDIAS CAPITAL OF HAWAII

Oliver Oliquiano has been named Hawai'i regional business development manager of Meridias Capital of Hawaii. He will manage sales teams at the company's four local offices on O'ahu, Maui and the Big Island.

Ty Tynan has been named branch manager of Meridias Capital's Kapolei location. He will oversee new-hire training, coaching, escalations and business development.

FIRST INSURANCE CO. OF HAWAII

Karen Lewis has joined First Insurance Co. of Hawaii as manager of the project consulting group. She will be responsible for assisting the information technology team in managing the Enterprise System Project.

FIRST HAWAIIAN BANK

First Hawaiian Bank has announced a number of promotions:

Melvin Mow has been named senior vice president and chief credit officer, responsible for maintaining the bank's overall credit quality.

Harvey Chun has joined the bank as vice president of the Risk Management Department, responsible for credit risk initiatives.

Other appointments and promotions include: Jennifer Abiva to personal banking officer at the Wahiawa branch; Debra Ann Bulosan to service manager of the Hilo branch; Christopher Dods to assistant vice president of new markets and business development, card services division; Kelly Ann Hall to retail systems officer; Noel Ishihara to cash management service officer; Eleanor Chung to trust operations officer; Tracie Jacinto is now business systems officer; and Kristy Nishidato to investment officer.
