The 2007 Xcel Pro Presented by No Fear has released its seed list that includes top surfer Jordy Smith of South Africa and 2006 Xcel Pro winner Evan Valiere of Kaua'i.

All four 2006 Xcel finalists — Valiere, Gavin Beschen, Michel Bourez and Makua Rothman — will return to compete beginning Oct. 27.
