Previously scheduled nighttime closures of the 'Aiea Access Road loop on-ramp to the Moanalua Freeway (eastbound) have been canceled for tonight, the state Department of Transportation said.

Daytime ramp closures will proceed as scheduled tomorrow and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for road surface repairs, guardrail replacements and lane striping.

The department said drivers should use the Moanalua Freeway on-ramp (eastbound) from Kahuapa'ani Street as an alternate route. Motorists are advised to be cautious while driving through the work area and to allow for extra travel time.
