SUNDAY'S MUST-SEE

"Desperate Housewives" seasonfinale rerun, 8 p.m., ABC. If you didn't pay much attention to this season, this is the hour you need. It's overdone at times (including a wretched misstep in the final minute) but has good moments. At the core is Gabrielle's wedding to a slick politician. There's also a lot of fuss about Edie and Carlos and sex and liquor and more.

"Saturday Night Live in the '80s: Lost and Found," 8 p.m., NBC. As the 1980s began, the last of the "Saturday Night Live" originals left. The show had its worst seasons, despite the presence of Eddie Murphy and (soon) Julia Louis-Dreyfus. It was patched up for one year with comedy veterans, then crumbled anew. Then, in the second half of the decade, it rebuilt itself with Phil Hartman, Dana Carvey, Jan Hooks and more. It was a colorful decade, recalled here with lots of memories and clips.

OF NOTE

"Mad Men," 7 a.m., AMC. Set in a Madison Avenue advertising firm in 1960, this drama series ranges from weird-good to just weird. Here are the first seven episodes.

"State of Mind," 6 p.m., Lifetime. With the season finale a week away, Ann (Lili Taylor) is close to her divorce and fires her husband from work.

"Fox Fall Preview," 7 p.m., Fox. The network is starting earlier than others, with most of its new shows arriving Sept. 13-19; here's a sampling.

"Entourage" season finale, 7 p.m., HBO. The whole season has pointed here: The guys head to the Cannes Film Festival with their movie. Naturally, they do a lot of partying.

"Flight of the Conchords" season finale, 7:35 p.m., HBO. This dry little oddity has been a dandy surprise, focusing on a New Zealand music duo in New York. In this episode, the guys' manager is convinced they should add a bongo player.

"The Simpsons," 8 and 8:30 p.m., Fox. In the first rerun, Grandpa and Selma start a romance. In the second, Homer is a celebrity photographer.

"Cold Case," 8 p.m., CBS. Lily works a more recent case this time, the 2005 murder of a longshoreman.

"Shark," 9 p.m., CBS. When a disliked developer is killed, there are plenty of suspects.

"The 2007 Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Association Telethon," 10 p.m. (to 5 p.m. Monday), KITV. This is live from Las Vegas — with lots of co-hosts and guests — and the line-up includes comedians (including Louie Anderson and Bob Zany), plus singers (Celine Dion, Montgomery Gentry, Maureen McGovern, etc.), magician Lance Burton and more.
