A motor vehicle collision on the H-1 Freeway at the westbound 'Ewa offramp may slow traffic flow heading into the start of today's afternoon rush-hour period at 4 p.m.

The accident at the 'Ewa off was reported at 3:35 p.m. and did not involve critical injuries. Police reported no serious problems on Honolulu's major roadways.
