Flash-flood watch issued for all of Hawaii

The National Weather Service has issued a flash-flood watch for the entire state that will remain in effect through late Thursday night.
According to the flood watch, which was issued at 3:32 a.m. today, a weather system west of Kaua'i will create conditions favorable for the development of heavy rain through late Thursday.
The atmosphere over the Islands will be moist and unstable through tomorrow leading to a chance of heavy rain, forecasters said.
