Surf of 3 to 5 feet likely today on east shores

Advertiser Staff

Surf along east-facing shores will decrease a bit today and should be in the range of 3 feet to 5 feet, according to the National Weather Service.

Surf along north-, south- and west-facing shores is expected to be 2 feet or less.

A strong high-pressure area building to the north of the state is expected to bring surf near advisory levels to east-facing shores late Saturday through Monday.
