TEMPE, Ariz. — The Arizona Cardinals re-signed safety Oliver Celestin to a one-year contract today.
Celestin played in a career-high 15 games last season, with four starts at strong safety. He signed with the Cardinals as a free agent before the 2007 season.
Celestin was signed by the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted rookie in 2003 out of Texas Southern, but played in his first NFL game in 2004 for the New York Jets. He spent the 2006 season with the Seattle Seahawks and appeared in 13 games.
