Ocean Network, digital cable channel 349, is marking its first anniversary with a birthday party from 10 a.m. to 4p.m. today at the Waikiki Aquarium.

The network will feature videos from some of its sea-worthy programs in the Aquarium Theater. A series of talks by oceanographers, geophysicists and other ocean experts will be held.

Admission is free, and attendees may enter to win an annual pass to the aquarium.
