Hagadone Printing Co., Hawai'i's largest commercial largest printer, has upgraded its technology with the acquisition of a state-of-the-art Hewlett-Packard digital printing press

The HP Indigo 5500 Six-Color Digital Press and companion near-line UV Coating System "represents a significant investment in the future," Hagadone said in a news release.

"The combination of this digital press and the UV coater will allow us to offer beautiful, vivid color printing to our customers and let them share with us in an ecologically and economically sound sustainability program," saidi Erin Hudelist, Hagadone president.
