Four Seasons Hualalai gets new food & beverage director

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai has promoted Christophe Chabaud to director of food and beverage for the 243-room, AAA Five Diamond resort.
Chabaud is responsible for the day-to-day restaurant and culinary operations of the hotel, including two oceanfront restaurants, 24-hour room service, and catering and conference services.
He brings more than 15 years of professional food and beverage experience to this new role; he was most recently assistant director of food and beverage. His ten-year Four Seasons career began at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills in various food and beverage positions. He was then promoted to assistant director of food and beverage for Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach (Florida), then Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in 2007.
Chabaud holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Management from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Hotel Restaurant Management Associate Degree from Ecole Hoteliere de Paris, Jean Drouant in Paris. He is fluent in French, English, and Spanish. He replaces Didier Jardin, who was recently promoted to resort manager for the new Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora.
Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is part of the master-planned 865-acre Hualalai Resort along the North Kona Coast of the Island of Hawai'i.
