Tips for spiffing up the shower, found in the April issue of Better Homes & Gardens: Head to the linens department. Tablecloths about 72 inches square can be shower curtains; attach the tablecloth and a liner to the shower rings using drapery clips. Add racing stripes to any shower curtain by stitching one or two rows of cotton belting to the bottom or side.
