Schofield man suspect in Haleiwa break-in

A Schofield soldier was arrested early today in Hale'iwa on suspicion of breaking into his ex-girlfriend's home and violating a protective court order granted to the woman.
The soldier, 20, was also arrested for felony abuse of a household member in connection with an April 21 incident in which the woman, 27, was allegedly choked unconscious and for first-degree burglary for another break-in Friday.
The man was arrested on the 66-300 block of Pa'ala'a Road at 12:40 a.m.
He violated protective orders in all cases, police said.
