Kam Napier, moderated by Francis Oda; one-hour showing of the documentary "True to Form: Vladimir Ossipoff," about internationally known Island architect who supported localized, appropriate design; free.

DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES PUBLIC HEARING 6 p.m. at the Kalanimoku State Office Building, Conference Room 132, on the proposed Poamoho Natural Area Reserve, which would safeguard rare and endangered plants and animals; draft and map may be viewed in Room 325.
