A traffic-signal problem at the intersection of Vineyard Boulevard and Punchbowl Street may cause some slowing heading into the start of today's peak afternoon rush-hour period at 4 p.m.

The signal problem was reported at 3:34 p.m.

Police reported no other major problems on Honolulu roadways at 3:45 p.m.
