ALTERNATIVE TO PUPU
DINE EARLY AT NOBU WAIKIKI
Nobu Waikiki at the Waikiki Parc Hotel has launched an early-dining feature in The Lounge at Nobu, "Apertivo!" It's an alternative to the pau hana pupu hour or the otsumami custom in Japanese dining, with service from 5 to 6:30 p.m. weekdays.
Among his 21 globally based restaurants, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa has selected Nobu Milano and Nobu Waikiki to inaugurate this service, featuring a trio of the chef's selections of the day, served with a choice of a Nobu cocktail, at $18. "I hope The Lounge at Nobu can become a gathering place for friends after work, to enjoy drinks and delicacies in good company and great style," Nobu saud in a statement. Information: 237-6999.
