HONG KONG — Aurelien Chedjou scored on a 24th-minute penalty to help Cameroon beat the United States 1-0 Saturday in a four-nation warm-up tournament for the Beijing Olympics.

Chedjou, who plays for Lille in the French league, converted the penalty after a foul by Michael Bradley.

In Saturday's other match, the Netherlands drew 1-1 against the Ivory Coast.

In Wednesday's first round of matches, the U.S. drew Ivory Coast 0-0 and the Netherlands beat Cameroon 2-0.
