The Honolulu police vehicular homicide section has reconciled its 2008 traffic fatality count to reflect that Kevin Neeson, 37, died of a medical condition and not a collision on A'ala Street on April 14.

The medical examiner's office determined Neeson died of cardiac arrhythmia. Police, however, only recently received the paperwork to make the official change. The current fatality count for O'ahu is 29.
