The Social Security office will help residents apply for retirement benefits online at a free workshop from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Hale Kuhina 114 on the Windward Community College campus.

The workshop is for people who are within three months of age 62 or older and plan to retire.

Social Security employees will be on hand to assist with filing for benefits.

Participants must register and bring a benefit estimate statement and direct deposit information.
