The parent of go! airlines said it expects to report a loss for its fiscal third quarter.

In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Phoenix-based Mesa Air Group Inc. disclosed that it expect to report a loss for the three months ending June 30 but could not quantify the size of the loss at this time.

Mesa's SEC filing said the company will delay the filing of its financial report for its fiscal third quarter.

Shares of Mesa rose 2 cents today on the Nasdaq market to 53 cents.
