Chef Seiya Masahara will be on hand for "The Joy of Sake," 6 p.m. Aug. 28 at the Hawai'i Convention Center. The "Iron Chef" challenger (who beat Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto) oversees Hakkei at Yubara in Japan's Okayama prefecture. Also participating: Honolulu's Chai's Island Bistro, Doraku, Gyotaku, Halekulani, Hanamaru, Hoku's, Kaiwa, Nobu Waikiki, Marians and Wasabi & Nadaman.
