TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE
Olympics, 7 a.m.-3 p.m. and 6-10:30 p.m., NBC. The last full Olympics day is stuffed with gold-medal finals.
In the daytime, women have basketball, volleyball, rhythmic gymnastics and synchronized swimming. There's also boxing and canoeing /kayaking.
In prime time are some of the top track events. That includes the men's long jump, marathon and 800-meter run, plus the relay of 400-meter runs; also, the 10-meter platform diving.
TONIGHT'S MIGHT-SEE
"Dear Prudence," 6 p.m., Hallmark Channel. So let's imagine Martha Stewart finally takes a vacation. At a gorgeous Wyoming lodge, she finds a supposed suicide that seems more like a murder.
That's the plot of this mystery movie, with Jane Seymour as a Martha-like advice person.
The film starts slowly (no crime in the first third of the movie) and ends weakly. In between is an adequate alternative to Olympic overload.
