Registration for Kaua'i County's Winter Fun Program is scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday.

The program runs from Dec. 22 to Jan. 9, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and is open to youngsters ages 5 to 11.

Holidays will be observed on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.

Registration will take place 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the following neighborhood centers: Hanapepe, Kapa'a, Kilauea, Koloa and Lihu'e.

Cost for enrollment is $30 per child. Only checks or money orders will be accepted. Checks should be written to the Director of Finance.

If additional support or an auxiliary aide is required for a child to participate, contact Melanie Okamoto at 24-4462, at least seven business days before the program begins.
