Toys for Tots donations accepted at Honolulu Hale

Advertiser Staff

The city is accepting new, unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots at the Honolulu Hale Courtyard from Dec. 6 to 17 between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.

Since 1947, the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program has fulfilled the wishes of millions of children during the holidays, reinforcing the joy and true meaning of Christmas giving and sharing.

"Honolulu City Lights is tradition that exemplified the holiday spirit," said Mayor Mufi Hannemann said in a prepared statement. For more information on Toys for Tots call 768-6622.
