The lunch hour can be a time for relaxation and a real break in the day's tensions. But many run out, gulp down a sandwich and often coffee, then rush back to the desk. Why not enjoy even the short time you have in a leisurely walk, in relaxing conversation with friends, or in reading something that amuses you?
