CFB: Vanderbilt, BC to meet in Music City Bowl

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Vanderbilt won't have to go far to play in its first bowl game since 1982.
The Commodores will face Boston College in the Music City Bowl on Dec. 31 in their hometown of Nashville.
Vanderbilt (6-6) was third in the SEC East this year, its best finish in the division standings. The Eagles (9-4) lost to Virginia Tech 30-12 in the ACC championship game Saturday.
