www.Becausewesurf.com will host a fundraiser and benefit sale today for the families of severely ill children at Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children.

The fundraiser runs from 6 to 8 p.m. at Che Pasta restaurant.

The group will be selling surfing-related items and crafts, and will also be collecting unopened household goods for donation to the Ronald McDonald House.
