The Billabong Pipeline Masters men's surfing contest is postponed today due to poor conditions at the Banzai Pipeline.

The event needs one more day of competition to determine a champion. The contest could resume either tomorrow or Saturday, when a new swell is expected to arrive on O'ahu's North Shore.

The Billabong Pro Maui women's contest is also postponed today due to a insufficient waves at Honolua Bay, Maui.
