Kam Highway junction near Wahiawa under water

There was standing water about eight inches deep on the Wahiawa side of the junction between Kaukonahua Road and Kamehameha Highway at 11:45 a.m.
Some cars had pulled off the road rather than try to make it through the water. There were no police on the scene.
