Finally, the truth behind the reason men lift weights so obsessively: More muscles means more sex.
That's the philosophy of personal trainer and muscle guru Nate Green, who turned it into a book, "Built For Show" (Avery, $19.95), with four, 12-week programs to help the average guy get what he really wants.

RETURN OF 'LOST' JUST AROUND THE CORNER
The fourth season of "Lost" is out on DVD this week, helping to ease the anxiety of waiting for the show's new season, starting Jan. 21. The filmed-in-Hawai'i show will air on Wednesdays; on Jan. 21, expect a three-hour block, with an hour of clips and two new episodes.
