Waimanalo Bay and Bellows beach parks on Oahu are closed temporarily until further notice because of tree damage after heavy rains and strong winds battered the area yesterday.

The city Department of Parks and Recreation is assessing the damage.

Other parks closed today are: Foster Botanical Garden, Ho'omaluhia Botanical Garden and the Lili'uokalani Botanical Garden.
