Golf tournament: Ka'anapali Beach Resort will host the 2009 Wendy's Champions Skins Game. Last year's tournament winners Peter Jacobsen and Fuzzy Zoeller return to defend their title at the Royal Ka'anapali Course, one of two courses in Hawai'i designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr.

Visitors and residents are invited to watch them play for a purse worth more than $750,000. Tee-off is 9 a.m. Jan. 17-18, Royal Ka'anapali Course at Ka'anapali Golf Resort. ESPN will air the tournament on Feb. 28 and March 1.

Following the game, around noon on Jan. 17, a free Junior Clinic is open to kids of all ages hosted by Zoeller and Jacobsen on the driving range.
