TD FOOD GROUP
Janis Lawton has been promoted to benefits administrator for TD Food Group Inc., which oversees operations for Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Long John Silver's and A&W. She joined the company in 2006 after 11 years with Longs Drugs.
ROBERTS HAWAII
Roberts Hawaii has appointed Dave Mark as marketing manager. He will be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing programs for all Roberts Hawaii businesses. He was previously promotions manager for Pacific Bar Association.
HAWAII GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ASSOC.
Hawaii Government Employees Association, the state's largest labor union, recently named Kevin Nakata and Carolee Kubo field services officers, responsible for overseeing union agents who serve state and city and county employees in the various bargaining units. Susan Sasaki Goya has been named HGEA executive secretary of the retirees unit and Nora Nomura and Leiomalama DeshaI have been named to the HGEA leadership team.
HAWAIIAN HOST INC.
Hawaiian Host Inc. has hired Katherine Katsuda as human resources assistant. Katsuda most recently held a cashier and clerking position at the Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve. Hawaiian Host Inc. is the manufacturer of Hawai'i's original chocolate-covered macadamias.
L&L FRANCHISE
L&L Franchise Inc. has named Bryan Andaya as its new chief operating officer. He will oversee all day-to-day operations including accounting and financing, buying and distribution, franchise compliance and quality assurance, franchising and strategic development, product development, human resources and marketing. A Big Island native, Andaya currently practices law with Imanaka Kudo & Fujimoto.

John Nakamura has joined Energy Industries as operations manager. Previously, he held senior management roles with American Pipe Lining Inc., International Consulting and Marketing Group, and Sanki Corp., all located in California.
RUTH'S CHRIS STEAK HOUSE
Ruth's Chris Steak House at the new Waikiki Beach Walk has named Jon Kobashigawa as a manager. Kobashigawa formerly served as dining room manager at Sam Choy's Diamond Head Restaurant.
THE VITAMIN SHOPPE
The Vitamin Shoppe has announced that Judy Woods, a three-time Hawai'i Ironman finisher and 14-year island resident, has been selected as the store manager to open the first Vitamin Shoppe Store in 'Aiea, across from Pearlridge Center Downtown. Vitamin Shoppe is a leading specialty retailer and direct marketer of nutritional products based in North Bergen, N.J.
