Parker McLachlin finishes tied for 14th at Pebble Beach

Honolulu's Parker McLachlin shot a 2-under-par 70 today and finished tied for 14th in the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am at Pebble Beach, Calif.
McLachlin finished at 4-under 284. Steve Lowery's birdie on the first playoff hole gave him the victory. Lowery (68) and Vijay Singh (71) finished tied at 278.
McLachlin earned $87,360 bringing his season total to $233,995.
It was McLachlin's third top 30 finish in three starts in his second season on the PGA Tour. The Punahou School alum finished 10th in the Sony Open in Hawai'i and 29th in the Buick Invitational.
Starting on the back nine of the Pebble Beach Course, McLachlin made the turn at even-par after a bogey on the par-3 No. 12 and a birdie on the par-5 No. 18. He went 2 under with consecutive birdies at the par-3 No. 5 and par-5 No. 6 before finishing with a bogey at the par-4 No. 8 and a birdie on the par-4 No. 9.
