PUT YOUR PROM STORY ON THE BIG SCREEN
Got a really scary prom story to tell? Hawai'i filmmakers are invited to participate in "UGO's Prom Night Short Film Contest," which seeks short horror films (between 30 seconds and five minutes long) with a prom-going theme. UGO (UnderGroundOnline) Networks Inc. (UGO.com) is collaborating with Sony Screen Gems (producers of "Prom Night") on the contest, which offers a trip for two to L.A., $1,000 in spending money, and a hometown screening of the upcoming thriller. Entries are due March 5. Details are available at www.ugo.com/promnight. Five finalists will be selected, with viewers voting through April 2 for their favorites. The winner will be announced April 3.
