The Windward Jazz Quartet and The Theo Gonzalves Trio kick things off at 6:30 p.m. Sunday; $20 in advance at www.thesociallights.com, $25 at the door. It benefits four charities: Autism Society of Hawaii, Domestic Violence Clearing House, The Children's Alliance of Hawai'i and The Hawai'i Arts Alliance.

KEEP MEDS OUT OF REACH
The FDA recommends that no cough or cold medications be given to infants and toddlers younger than 2; keep over-the-counter cough and cold products out of the reach of older children, because they can be dangerous if not taken according to instructions. For more information on medication safety, go to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention site, www.cdc.gov/ncipc/factsheets/poisonprevention.htm. Find FDA safety recommendations at www.fda.gov/consumer/updates/coughcold011708.html.
